"We live in East Central Arkansas on the banks of the Mississippi River. My husband and I enjoy going there to watch the barges going up and down the river. We live on a small farm and raise soy beans, wheat and milo. Here's your recipe and I hope that your family and friends enjoy it as much as we do."
"Blueberries are low in calories, containing only 42 calories per 1/2 cup serving. Blueberries require no peeling, pitting, or coring. Simply wash and enjoy. Of all the berries, blueberries rank first in Vitamin A and second in food energy. They are a good source of Vitamin C and iron and supply trace minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium."
