Zucchini Blueberry Bread

Bake Temperature: 350 degrees


3 eggs      1 tsp salt        2 cups ground zucchini      ¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda     1 cup chopped nuts     1 ½ cups of sugar    1 cup oil
3 cups flour     3 tsp vanilla     3 tsp cinnamon    2 cups blueberries
Instructions: Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla and oil. Blend well. Sitr in zucchini and fold in blueberries. Sift in flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and fold in nuts. Bake in 2 greased log pans at 350 for an hour.
